Tokina 10-17mm & Nikon TC-14E II

Or can the Tokina only be paired with the Kenko teleconverters?

Does the Nikon and Kenko deliver the same picture quality or is the one better than the other?

Not that I have them in front of me (to be 100% certain), but they do not physically fit together - so can't work.
