Any Solution for Glass Dome Port Scratchs???

So know the fixes for Acrylic but when shooting video through my Aquatica 9.25 dome a scratch showed up in the video when pointed at the sun. Are there any fixes for Glass Ports???

Thanks, did look at thread, mainly about acrylic domes but here were the two ideas for glass.

First a polishing kit: http://www.pjtool.com/glass-polishing.aspx

Second: "jewellers rouge" found on Amazon. Using a Dremel which has a power cord and a whole bunch of felt polishing wheels (catalog #414). Took "over an hour but worked"
