One of our DS battery chargers needs a new DC conector tip to connect to batteries I have bought one from local electronics store but have a black and a white lead to solder on to inside and outside of plug. I believe the white is positive and goes to the inside, but have been unable to get confirmation from Ikelite about this, any ideas. I have also searched wetpixel but can’t find this little datum. The only thing I am sure of is that it matters!!

Thanks for posting this Jim. I have solved my problem with a voltmeter to check on the other charger and wired the same way.
For Reference and provided Ikelite have been internally consistent I wired the BLACK wire to the inside of the new DC charging conector white to outside.
