strobe arm length configurations

Hi folks,

Currently using two ys-90 strobes on a sea and sea dx-d200 housing,using snap lock arms.

Am thinking of moving into stobe arms but am a wee bit confused as to what lengths of strobe arm to get.

Ideally a set up that can be configured to do wide angle or macro, as per my lens listings on my posting signature.

Any advice much appreciated.
