Substronic Nova Problem

Hi all,

Have trouble with one of my substronics on a trip. The stobe will just click when powered up and the none of the LEDs (ready,error etc) will light up. I can unplug the battery and re-try starting it and it is all fine (No noise and fireing okay).

Typically checked before coming out on a trip and now it s goosed

Any ideas anyone?

If it's intermittent and repeatable, then it's probably a dying board somewhere and time for you to send it back to Subtronic.

Hmmm looks like my second strobe died this morning. My money is on the external batteries. Strobes seem to work when fully charged but any slight discharge results in problems. Glad I brought my Inon.
