  1. Want to dive in open water, but especially the cenotes, off coarse Cavern diving.

If you have a good experience with a diving center i love to heir it.

Also looking for a nice - cheap resort, or apartment.

    Thanks, Hedwig.

Last year I did my Intro to Cave training with Protec, they are very professional people, you can send them an email to see if they have the kind of service that you are looking for.

3 years ago I went with Playa Scuba. If I decide to do cenote diving again, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again (although I haven't done cenote diving since then, since I prefer reef diving).

If you are going in the low season and feeling kind of adventurous, you can just walk around to find a hotel after you get there, especially if you are not looking to do the all-inclusive. That's what I did three years ago. You might also want to get a map from MapChick to get some ideas.

Eduardo does cenotes dives and open water scuba. I highly recommend him.

  5. I could not recommend Kris Harrison more highly. He is principally a tec instructor, but as a non-techie myself, I have always found him incredibly helpful and flexible. His passion is cave diving, and he'll be able to take you to the best cenotes for photo opportunities, away from the crowds and snorkelling excursions.
