First time I am posting images here, would love to get comments/feedback.
I am attaching few pictures from last weekend in Eilat. Due to the special geographic circumstances of the Eilat/Aqaba bay, there is a yearly event in which surface water cools and mixes with deeper water (up to 700m deep). Consequently the surface water are suddenly nutrient rich and there is rapid growth of algae. The typical red sea sandy floor is suddenly very livid green wires .
