G'day, i finally took my sola 4000s for a dive today. The water was very green due to the huge amount of rain we have had in sydney! I have to say that i am very happy with these lights so far & will be doing a few dives over the next few days so i will certainly give them a good workout. I was using the 500 & 1000 lumen settings for most of the dive but even these were too bright for some scenes.
They are alittle bit heavy & it would be nice if you could get a neoprene cover for them, something like the Inon strobe covers would be great. I may look into getting something made.
First impressions are very favourable.
