Last week took place the second edition of the Catalufa Photosub, a competition designed by Enrique Faber where the main thing is to have a good time and not compete. People just gather together one saturday morning and take pictures (no photo limits, noone is there to control the photograpers etc...) according to six different categories including fun picture... They only pay 13.5€ which is the cost of the trophy and that night´s dinner (everybody gets a trophy and we try to find the cheapest and ugliest possible ones...). That afternoon the jury sees the portfolios and invent a prized category per photographer so everybody gets a win on the award ceremony after dinner...
The first time we had 14 participants, this time 30... and we think everybody had fun with a lot of beginners, which is a very interesting aspect of the event.
