Settings for C5050

Hello, I've been doing underwater photography for several years now, and just did the jump from film to digital (old camera was MMII w/ ys50 strobe).

With careful consideration of cost, type of photography and use, I went with the Olympus C-5050z w/ the PT-015 housing. I chose the Sea & Sea YS-25DX Auto Strobe.

I haven't used it yet, I'm heading for the Brac in April, but I was hoping that someone out there had experience with settings for the camera and strobe. Particularly what settings work best for your basic shots and for macro shots.

Any feedback would be greatful.
