Help!!! Olympus C750

I'm a total camera dweeb who requires tips on using my C750 with macro & wide angle lenses (both Epoque) & different aperture (F2.8 to F8) & shutter speed settings (up to 1/1000). I don't have a strobe - that will be next purchase - any suggestions!!! Thanks!!
