Nikon D800E - Interesting translation from Japanese

mmmm, I know its supposed to be written in English... Wow! you do need creative thinking to get to the bottom of the story. hopefully the instruction manual of the camera will not be in the same vein!

I ordered a D800 for a friend. It still has not come in yet and now he wants to switch his order to a D800E. What really is the difference between the two?
