  1. Using dual Inon D-180 or D-180 plus D-180S combination

I use an Oly C5050Z with a single Inon D-180 strobe. I'm contemplating going to a second strobe for wide angle work using my Inon UWL-100 lens. Has anyone used twin DS-180 strobes or the DS-180 in combination with the less expensive and more recent DS-180S and what are your thoughts? I'm interested in any disadvantages in using the D-180 alongside the D-180S. I'm wondering what advantages having two matching strobes gives me over using a D-180 plus D-180S.

    Thanks,

    Colin

  2. You can use them like they are identical. The only difference between the two is the spotting light. Won't make any difference in your photos. I've used a pair of D180, they work very well.

  3. Thanks Herb
