I'm based in HK right now. The selection in stores is pretty thin. You can try Pro-Dive in Wanchai; they have some lenses and housings occasionally in stock. But they'll order pretty much anything you want, at decent prices. Another alternative is Ocean Sky in Tsim Sha Tsui, near the Peninsula Hotel. Lastly, if you're looking for manufacturer housings (e.g. Canon, Oly, Sony), try the computer malls in Wanchai (Wanchai Computer Center, above the MTR station, or 289 Hennessey Road). The stores selling digital cameras often have a surprisingly good selection of housings, and at substantially lower prices than the US or Japan (e.g. PT010 for US$170).
