Simple GoPro underwater video test with Magic Filter.

Video showing effect of Magic Filter (underwater color correction filter).

GoPro in backscatter underwater housing, Auto Magic Filter (acryllic, external mounting type).

  2. I think it is an excellent demonstration on how a filter can greatly enhance GoPro footage in those conditions. Excellent.

  3. Neat but I could do that in my NLE :-) Nar, Its best to get the colour as close you can when shooting due to the heavy commpression of the footage and not later in the NLE. I just got myslef a Hero 2 and am quite disapointed at the compression quality. There is talk of a new firware called Pro tune which will allow us to set it at 30 mbps or something so that should help lots up from the now 15 mbps.
