Which Dive Operation in Playa del Carmen, Mexico

I am going on a family holiday to Mexico in April. We are staying at Playacar, near Playa del Carmen. I am looking for a dive operation to hook up with. Any recommendations? I have found the following companies on the web:

Any feedback on these or other operators would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I am considering doing some cenote diving. Is it worth going more than once?
