Critisism welcome. This is my first time out with it and I'm looking for some helpful tips for making the next trip even better.

First; I don't see near enough empty beer bottles in the hotel room shots. How can you dive that way?

Second; Get an external flash! Color does wonders for an image.

Last; Get a wide angle lens. Your shots will look better the closer you get to your subject. Less water to blur the image and filter out color.

If you are going to use only the internal flash get really really close to your subject so that the internal flash can be effective. For wide angle shots; go shallow and point up towards the surface (from below your subject) so you get more light and color into your subjects.
