F707/Ikelite which strobe should I buy

I have sony F707 with ikelite UW housing, I don't have much experience with strobes, so any advice what should I buy is welcome

I am deciding on this models

Ikelite DS 50

Ikelite DS 125

Is DS 50 OK? Does it provides enough light?

I prefer AA bateries and not a rechargable pack (DS-125)

Sea & Sea YS-90 --? what does AUTO stands for why is ordinary TTL so much cheaper. What cord should I get with S&S 4-pin or 5-pin to fit in Ikelite housing

Of course the DS50 is "OK" but I would recomend to think about your Investment planning. The DS125 is way better than the DS50 and well worth the additional cost.

I personal decided that I rather take a bigger investment for something I will be happy with for several years than buy a cheaper strobe that may get to "small" for me in a year or two.

The rechargeable Packs are great and hold for 3-5 Dives. But i would recommend the Smart Charger.
