Sea of Cortez for one day, where?

I have a business trip to Tucson, AZ coming up in April that spans a weekend. I was thinking that since I will be a quick flight away from the Sea of Cortez, that I might plan a one day dive trip.

Any suggestions for where to dive, which operator to dive with, etc?

La Paz. Either Baja Quest or Baja Expeditions. See if Alfredo Barroso is working one of them as the Dive Master (he is a hard core and expert videographer, just don't bring any Light and Motion products)

But it turns out that the airfare from Tucson to any of the Mexican cities along the coast there is a lot more expensive than a flight from my home in Seattle. Strange.

This trip will have to wait.
