I've got an address of somebody who could possibly do it at a reasonable price.

I had my logo done there. Usually you pay for setting up the machine (pretty expensive, up to $3000) and then per piece (< 1$) which makes sense only if you go for a few thousand items.

Baldewein is specialized in small samples and does it per piece from a digital image. I've got mine for about $10 per piece (B&W). You have to check if the logo can be done in the size you like because of limits in resolution.

They need a picture of the item in question and the size to estimate a price.

The page is in German only but I think if you mail them in English it should be no problem. If there is, just tell me and I'll translate.
