  1. Here is a collection of Leopard Sharks (aka Zebra Sharks to those in the USA) taken at Julian Rocks, Byron Bay, Australia. These graceful and often friendly Sharks visit every summer and often in large numbers.

Unedited shots taken with the Nikon D7000 and Tokina 10-17mm or Samyang 8mm.

  2. Very nice set.

  3. A really nice set of very photogenic sharks.

    Well done!

  4. Great pics (and the same goes for the other post as well). Very motivating. What is the 8mm lens like to use? Cheers

  5. Nice images Mark.... looks as though the vis has improved a lot :)

  6. Julian the Samyang 8mm isnt as sharp underwater as the Tokina 10-17mm maybe cuase its manual focus and closest focusing length is longer than the Tokina (it can focus with a subject great on the dome). As you expect is alot wider than the Tokina @ 10mm but I was surprised that it didnt have as much distortion as the Tokina @ 10mm.

    Cheers Mark
