He was an excellent Underwater photographer. He use to do photo trips on the Truth Aquatics boats out of Santa Babara

Wow. Joe was a cool guy. Dived with his several times and had a lot of chats at dive shows. Same with Rob Rydgig, dived with him through LAUPS a lot over the years, doing Christmas dives at Catalina and the like. Life is short. Condolences.
