Sport Diver Asia Pacific is a digital, subscription based, password protected publication. We're licensing for an audience of 30,000, but because it is new we're nowhere near that number yet.

yes they are legitimate and I have had one image published (in the US magazine) and promptly paid for plus a second request for the same image in the
Asia Pacific digital mag. Nice to deal with a magazine that pays quickly, vastly different to another magazine publisher that I had the unfortunate honour
BTW if you don't ask they pay by check and the local bank will slug you up to $50AUD They can do a wire transfer which is $35USD If they look
like they might want a few of your shots you can get payments rolled together to reduce bank gouges.

Yeah, you don't need to fill in the W8 either. Let them know you will be paying Australian taxes and not USA ones, because you are resident here. Good job on the sale!
