    Reading Thom Hogan's recent reviews on the DRebal and D70 has motivated me to do something that I've been meaning to but never found the time: update my "Herb's analysis of Dave's box shots". It's my best-effort attempt at sorting out camera noise. Please find it at:

    I've added the D70 (of course), Sony 828, and Kodak SLRN to the ones I posted before. I hope my method is explained well enough on the page.
