Inon strobe knobs

7 posts
  1. I was diving on a 3-day out of Santa Barbara and saw someone with aftermarket knobs for his Inon strobes. The knobs had flats (as opposed to being round) making it way easier to turn them while wearing thick gloves. Anyone have a link to where I might purchase some?

    Thanks,

  2. Thanks for the links. The ones I saw were all metal, very robust and easy to grab. The knurled surface is still not real helpful with aqua sealed gloves. The ones I saw were all metal and had large flats machined onto the knob, attached then by a set screw like the original knobs.

  3. Joe:

I suspect those were custom made. I have the XIT ones and they are great, but I saw a guy on the Spectre who had metal ones and he told me he made them himself. Any competent machine shop could make some for you.

  4. Kelpfish,

I got mine exactly as you describe from Nauticam UK - and they work just fine with thick gloves!

  5. The Nauticam knobs work great for me.
