Looking to upgrade my camera/housing to a Nikon D7100 with Ikelite housing but would like to stick with my Sea & Sea YS-01 strobes. Can anyone tell me what kind of fiber optic cable will be required to use either one or 2 of the strobes? I know I'm better off using the Ikelite TTL converter in the housing with Ikelite strobes, but I can't afford to buy the camera & housing and replace my strobes at the same time. Any advice is much appreciated.

With an ikelite DSLR housing you cant use fiber optic cables. But you can buy the Ikelite optic converters that transform the electrical sync signal into an optic signal. But only for their DS strobes See also http://www.uwphotographyguide.com/ys110-strobe-review
