INON z-22 and D70 in Subal housing
So now I've been in the water with the Z-22 and the D70 in the N10(f100) housingfrom Subal.
The Z-22 is to strong to use with the D70, so we put a 3 step ND filter in front of the 4 flash tubes. This gives F22 on the normal working distances with the flash set to 1/2 power. This gives us +/- one step with the 3 step power switch in the strobe.
As we are shooting on 1/2 power the strobe recycles really fast so you can more or less shoot continues for 2-3 frames.
Great stuff ![]()
Next step is to build a new back for the housing  to see the display. But me comming from shooting film you can actually do without it as the camera gives +/- 2 steps exposure latitude.
And yes the search lights works fine, also from our special tricks department
, post describing this is to follow.
