Nikon D810 does not fit into Subal D800 Housing

Just got my hands on a D810 today and sadly it does not fit into the existing housing for the D800/E. The grip is larger and higher and also the AE/AF lock button protrudes out such that the backplate cannot close. Nikon changed *just enough* of the form factor to make it so that the D810 probably cannot fit into existing housings.

On the upside for new buyers the new grip does feel much more comfortable and the grip on my D800E has always been uncomfortable to me.

It would be fantastic if Subal has a clever way to replace some buttons so that existing housing owners can upgrade their camera bodies. Praying for a solution [emoji120]
