AquaTech Surf Housing and Accessories for Canon 1D

7 posts
  1. I'm selling an AquaTech housing for a Canon 1D MkIII/IV. I believe it's the CC-14. I have the side and pistol grips for it. I found the shutter button a bit awkward on the pistol grip and didn't use it; I don't think I still have the remote release internal cable, but that should be an easy replacement. There is a tiny bit of rust along the back plate, which you can see in the picture, but it doesn't affect waterproofness or performance. I also have a moisture sensor in the body.

I'm also including the flat port for a 16-35 (I used it with the 16-35 MkIV) and zoom gear. The zoom knob fell off, but that should also be an easy replacement.

All of this is housed inside a Pelican 1560, which is a rolling case. I store everything within it, with the soft bag around each part, and I keep the O-rings off the parts during storage.

I'm selling it because I'm also selling my 1D MkIV.

    Asking $1750 + shipping/PayPal fees.

  2. How about $1,600 for the whole kit?

  3. You all are killing me. $1400? That's about 1/3 the price of the kit when it was new.

  4. $1200?

  5. Are you selling the camera with this? Cheers - Nick

  6. Apologizes for the slow reply--I didn't get a notification about your reply!

Unfortunately I sold the camera separately. There are some good deals on 1D MkIV on Fred Miranda, though. However, I will sell this for $1k if you'd like.

  7. And sold.
