Wanted: Aquatica 18426 AF/MF Macro Port

Hi

I'm looking for an Aquatica AF/MF Macro Port. It's for a Nikon 60mm lens on a d7000 so would also be interested in the manual focus gear to suit. Otherwise just the port is ok ...

Thanks
