  1. Hey Tetra 5050 Users ! How do you do Wide Angle on Land ...

I am assuming the Wet-mate Wide Angel, and Wide angle with Dome

cannot be used on land, unless it's setup with the housing...

    Is this correct...

If so what are you using for a solid wide angle solution...

what filters are you using with good results...

    Thankks in Advance

    Cave Diver, Rob.

  2. The Tetra's wetmate wide angle lens will produce a semi-fisheye affect on land. The dome port will offer no additional gain.

You can zoom through the fisheye, but the corners will deteriorate dramatically.

  3. After correction.

  4. Thanks Peter

Thanks alot Peter. That's a big help.

I need to come down and do some dives with you....

Who do you like to dive with regularly down there locally ?

PS- What would you say the absolute largest print I could ever

get out of these 5050/5060's would be...considering

doing everything that can be done to enhance it, and a

    solid shot to start with.

    Have a great night,

    Rob.

Using SHQ, ofoto, http://www.ofoto.com , will make 20" x 30" prints without complaining. But I haven't tried this size.

    Let's go diving.
