  1. PT 015 & Inon WA 105

Since my S30 tried to learn how to swim (with no success :? ) I'm looking for camera to replace it (only until I'll take the D70 UW) . I can buy the Oly 5050 & PT 15 really cheap so Im thinking on this option instead of the S50.

The problem is that I can't find information if the Inon WA 105 lens I have will fit to the PT 15 (with some adaptor of course) some sites say it support it but some say the opposite.

Any one here have some information on it?

    Thank's Arnon

  2. UWL-105AD will not work with PT-015/5050, which requires UWL-100 Achromat lens.

The UWL-105AD, and other lenses in the AD bayonet mount series are for cameras with smaller lens diameters, like your S30.

The UWL-100 Achromat, UCL-165M67 and UCL-330 lenses have a 67mm threaded mount, and are for cameras with larger lens diameters, like the C-5050.

  3. Thank's Mark,

So is seems I'll stay with the Canon S line.

  4. You can probably pick up a S45 fairly cheap now and keep all your existing gear.

I'd save up for the UFL-165AD Underwater Fisheye Conversion Lens, which will be available in June. and get 165 degree wide angle - even wider than the UWL-100 + Dome approx. 130 degrees!

    Good luck with the system.
