  1. Hi, first try on the OLY C5060WZ

That's my 1st try on Olympus C5060WZ @ AUR M'SIA Diving Trip. Shallow water 11.6m, good day light (11am)& visibility @ 15m far sight. Gliding for about 6 mins, spotted a well-posed LIZARD fish lying on sand. Quick snap at the same eye level. GOT it! Freeze its grin with MACRO, F4.8, speed 1/60 sec, without flash, ICC color profile sRGB. Tried on 4 frames n posted the best 4th shot. Jpeg/ HQLTY mode/ no color correction done. Hope u like it or let me have your thought.

Anyone have experience on OLY flash light FL-20 with underwater casing OLYMPUS PFL-01, TTL or Auto mode. Hope u could share with us your find out or usage experiences. It'd be a GREAT help to hear from the Pro or Amateur before actual purchase or decision that I'm going to make.

    Thank you and good day.

    Best regards,

  2. Congrats on your first UW photo outing.....a flash would have given your pic some color....the onboard flash does quite well if you stay close....less than 3'....

  3. Hi Kdietz,

Thanks, I'd look into strobe for the 5060.

  4. For what it's worth, if you can find an image taken with a flash of the same fish in the same setting (or something you know to be similar), you can match the color fairly well using Photoshop. It may not be completely accurate, but it's better than nothing.

Just open both images (your photo and the one you'll be matching), select your image and go Image>Adjustments>Match Color... Under "Source", select the flash image and it'll do it's magic.

    This took about 15 seconds...
