Recommedations for W. Palm Beach and Key Largo Florida?

I'm taking a trip to W. Palm Beach and Key Largo towards the end of June and wanted to get some recommendations from anyone who dives down in that area.

For W. Palm, we've got a boat setup, but I could use some recs on good sites / must dives. I'd also like to hear about sites that we can dive if the weather prevents the boat from going out.

In Key Largo, we're planning on trying to get to a couple of the wrecks, including the Spiegel Grove and the Duane or the Bibb. I'm not sure if we've got a dive op setup yet, so recommendations on who to use would be great. Also, same thing here, any good "bad weather" spots in case we can't get out to the wrecks. Obviously I'd like someone photographer friendly, but since the majority of my group aren't photographers, other things like freedom to dive your own profile are pretty important too.
