Wet lens manufacturing problem? (UFL-G140)

Is this artifact on the side of the lens OK or is this a manufacturing problem? To me, it looks like an

unfinished sealing...

Difficult to say while watching this picture.
If you use a polarization filter to take more pictures you should get rid of the reflections and this will help to verify the "error".
