Sure was a lucky day.........

Waz diving yesterday, switched from Wide angle ( 16 mm Nikon fisheye) to double macro. Upon surfacing from a 17 meter / 45 mins dive, I noticed some water spatters on the inside of the settings screen . Opened up the housing and had a little swimming pool inside, but amazingly enough, the lens and camera were dry ( whew ) . Reason.... (shy).. well, forgot to install the O-ring between the port extention and the compact port...... amazing it still sealed so well ! ( if you think it wont happend to you...well, thats what I said ).

Got back to the car, lost the key for the steering lock...... just as we were to cut it with the grinder / cutter, a guy found the key in the sand in pitch darkness..........

Guess it was my lucky day !

( Burger, u are now excused for your flaw in forgetting to install your o-ring a few month back )
