  1. First pics with the D70+60mm+Ike housing

I am very satisfied for the sensations I had this Saturday. The speed focusing and working is fantastic.

But I must get used to using the viewfinder instead the screen, for me is dificult with the litle size of the viewfinder.

The pics are not the best but its my first day with the camera underwater....

The same pic after few minutes working with Photoshop, I'll prefer take this picture directly but.... not allways is posible,

  4. Thank yoy Dave and Karl.

I`ve a trouble... I cant take the same color and contrast than with tha CP5000. perhaps i must practise more tha manual flash.

It´s dificult to me explain this with mi poor English.

    Thanks

  5. Mariano,

I noticed this when I started shooting the D100. It's because the software in the camera does not "cook" the photo as much so does not add as much contrast and saturation.

    This is a GOOD thing.

You are the one who should control this, not the camera's pea sized brain, right? If you are shooting RAW, you can do this in your conversion program or Photoshop. If you're shooting JPEG then you need to experiment with different contrast/saturation settings in the camera.

    Cheers

    James
