Anyone know this Filefish and one other

I believe your filefish is Cantherhines pardalis, Honeycomb Filefish. If you pump the picture up, you can just make out the polygon honeycomb pattern. The white spot at the base of the dorsal is also indicative. Check it out on Fishbase which says they are often seen in this dark brown colouration.

Thank you Sting Ray. I had considered this as a possibility because of the spot on the tail, but you are right when I blow up the picture, the markings are there.

In my experience the brown form is the more common but occasionally they show their true colours, I expect when they get excited. I saw it on a mating pair once and here is one from my last trip to the Red Sea.
I expect the person that informed you did not refer to "Settling Jack" as its name. Settling is the name used to refer fish to that have just transitioned from the larval planktonic stage to a life on the reef. In my opinion this one is beyond the settling stage but has not yet acquired its adult colouration. So perhaps juvenile Jack would be more appropriate.
I can't tell you the species for sure but the dark dusky band coming up from behind the eye is also present in adult Almaco Jack but there may be others and it can be hard to find good information on juveniles.
