I am leaving to Palau at the end of January and just trying to get any info about good diving center and accommodation there. The trip is mostly focused on diving so we don't really need "fancy" rooms and stuff like that. Any help will be appreciated!
Thanks!
David
I was that close to go to Palau but it didn't work out since the flight from Philippine to Palau is out of my budget after flying from US to Malaysia to visit my family. Anyway, from my research, Sam's tour is the one you want to go with. I have a friend who went to Palau last year and he used Sam's tour as well. They normally have a package so you just have to choose one and work with them if you want to customize or add more activities. Hope that help!
Fish'n'Fins is ok, too. Was there in 2011, at the time it was kind of a friendly competition between Sam's and FnF, and both of them together against the invasion of the Japanese. I'd check about big groups, as most mainstream divers tend to focus on Blue Corner and German Channel, and miss some really great other dives - not good if you're stuck with them. So the shops with more boats and less tourists are the way to go if you're diving from the island.
Thank you all! I'll get in touch with both of them to see their offers.)

A tip. I just went recently. Try to stay near town. The dive shop will pick u up daily for your diving.
It's much easier to get dinner when u are in town.
