Canon 60mm F2.8 + 1.4 Teleconverter + 12 mm extension tube

  1. Hi,

     

    Is there anyone who managed to put a 1.4 teleconverter plus a 12mm extension tube in an Ikelite Canon 60mm fixed port? I appreciate if anyone did manage he will tell mebrands of both teleconverter and extension tube.
