Was sold a fake RX100 IV

  1. Classic Ebay story. Decided to upgrade the RX100II and picked up a RX100IV on Ebay. Shows up on time, looks ok, pop up view finder, screen flips for selfies, which I hate;) But can't find 4k recording, can't find HFR feature. Figure "I am an idiot, it is something I am not understanding" After more inspection go to Version and yes clearly states it is a Sony RX100M3. Seller is refunding money but of course claims they had no idea...
