  1. Hi,

I´ve just bought Ikelite UW housing for my Olympus C4040, but I have a problem.

Back knob controlling mode dial (On/Off, A/S/M etc. menu) is short (and in my opinion very smooth as well) and it´s no possible to move and change settings.

    Is there any solution???

    Thanks

    Martin

  2. very carefully loosen the set screw on the knob and move the knob out a smidgen......retighten and test

  3. Pressure will do the pushing for you underwater, but you must push the knob when turning above water. Check alignment when installing camera on the tray. Wiggle slightly while you tighten the screw. We have had a camera in every housing to test controls, so they should work properly. Control will probably have a washer under the knob that can be removed to "lengthen" the shaft if absolutely necessary.

  4. thank you for your ideas, I will try it.
