Added a few pictures of all the accessories that are also included.
The current rig is set for a SONY camera but all the connectors that came originally with the SmallHD are there.
The cap on the HDMI cord coming from the housing is the only thing missing.
Still in original boxes for both.

Sorry, decided not to sell. At first I didn't think I could re-use this with a new rig, but turns out I can!
