Anyone using video light with their still cameras?

Hi all

I have recently purchased a Canon S1is and the WP-DC20 housing (the housing arrives next week).

I am considering getting a Ikelite DS50 Strobe, but have been thinking about the camera's rather impressive video feature. The question is therefore whether anyone uses video lights for their still photography? It has been suggested that this might be quite a nice option - firstly to take advantage of the video feature and secondly to assist the AF in potentially poor light.

Would somone be able to recommend a reasonable budget video lighting option which is the same price or cheaper than the Ikelite DS-50?
