Any of the commercial cables will solve your problem.

Hi, Ceku
The Inon Z240 requires a Z-joint ball adapter to mount it via an arm and two clamps to the housing. The fiber optic cable plugs into it with the standard Sea&Sea plug.

I got mine via email order from Sandy at Divervision.com in Taiwan, fast & reliable, good prices.

alternatively look at these 'http://www.divervision.com/howshot-fiber-adapter-for-inon-strobes-FA-SS2IN4.html?search=fiber&page=3
lets you use much simpler fiber cables (I make my own) with S&S type plugs
