Oly camera settings

I ran into a web site that gave recomended settings for the Oly 5050 and I think 8080, others as well. I can't seem to find the page. If this rings a bell with anyone and they can get me the link, I would be greatful..

I'm taking my 8080 swimming for the first time next week and would like a good starting point.

For the 5050 and probably 5060 and 8080.

Small detail/preference to complement Peter's & Ike's advice: if you use MyModes for wide-angle / macro / supermacro, consider setting ISO values around 100 / 64 / 50. This will give you least noise for macro, yet allow a bit more flexibility with available light for wide-angle in not-so-bright scenes.

Thanks, everyone for the links and advice. Ike, I did find your page but it took some hunting. No link from the housing page or the photo tips and help page. That might be helpful for others if your web master can swing it.
