Filmed this around 15 meters mediterranean Turkey

a kind of jellyfish.
My translatuion programm would say sea walnut, or American comb jelly or warty comb jelly

Has long tentacles to catch prey, looks like they got mixed up...

It does look like a ctenophore. The resolution is too low to see refraction along the ctene which would be diagnostic. It looks damaged to me as well. They can be quite delicate so best not touch them.
