Subal + 15mm Sigma + Kenko 1.4 Teleconverter for CFWA/WAM

When you combine a 15mm Sigma + Kenko x1.4 Teleconverter inside a Subal housing to do close focus wideangle, is it necessary to have a port extension?

Perhaps physically the lens+TC won't fit, so a port extension is necessary? Even if the lens+TC fit, will it properly focus without the port extension? If the extension is necessary, what kind is required?

A port extension may be necessary. It's not just a question of whether the lens/TC combination will physically fit in the dome. It's also about how it can focus on the image the dome port creates.

You'll need to check with Subal for their recommendation. They have PDFs on their website (have a look at the page for your housing) for different lens manufacturers with the EXR/port recommendations

It would be important to know which dome port you are using for this. An 18 mm extension would be ideal with de DP-FE, but an 13 mm extension could be enough

Its actually for 100mm dome port. I have the Sigma lens hood shaven off already. So EXR18 would be ok in this case?
