using old "analog" strobes with digital cameras?

I haven't yet converted to digital uw photography, and wonder then which strobes that are useable. Is it possible to use old Nikonos strobes, 102/105/104 or sea&sea dito, or do I have to get dedicated digital strobes???

Following charts for the various cameras has a column indicating if camera can use non digital srobes:

They are excellent, I've used one successfully with an Oly 2040 and Ike 50 and Nik 105 strobes.
