$3,000 Budget...what would you suggest?

Here's the question...

Working on a $3,000 budget, what camera/ housing/ strobe combo would you recommend for someone who has the following needs...

1) I want to shoot 85% macro, and I want VERY sharp pictures (as crisp as possible, given the budget)

2) 15% CFWA shots, would prefer not to get into extra domes, etc.

3) Pictures will be used on computer with mostly 4X6 pictures and an 8X10 once in a while

any suggestions to start researching?

Yes, I get that and you will have money left over for a strobe. That sale is an extremely, good deal. Start with a 60mm Micro lens which is one of the sharpest macro lenses ever made.
